Or maybe life has thrown some unexpected challenges your way - trauma, grief, loss. Whatever it is, you do not have to deal with it alone, individual therapy can help you understand yourself and connect more deeply with the life you desire.
During this one-on-one process, you’ll meet individually with your therapist and together focus on empowerment through deep understanding of yourself and your personal mountains. Individual therapy is beneficial for a wide range of challenges spanning from a lack of career direction to severe depression.
